1. Eligibility for Returns:

• Items can be returned within  *14 days of receipt.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

• Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.

2. Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at blessings@perledifederosari.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. Please include a copy of your invoice in the return shipment.

3. Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and restocking fee of 5% of the price of the item.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $100, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 8 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will provide instructions for a return.

6. Exchanges:

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
