1. Eligibility for Returns:

• Items can be returned within  *14 days of receipt.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

• Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.

2. Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at blessings@perledifederosari.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. Please include a copy of your invoice in the return shipment.

3. Return Shipping:

 

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and restocking fee of 5% of the price of the item.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $100, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds:

 

• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

 

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 8 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will provide instructions for a return.

 

6. Exchanges:

 

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

• For orders over $200, you may qualify for free shipping, which will be indicated at checkout.

4. Risk of Loss:

• All items purchased from Perle di Fede Rosari™ are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Once an order is marked as shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit.

5. Address Accuracy:

• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not liable for any delays, lost items, or additional shipping charges that result from incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout. Please doublecheck your address before finalizing your order.

6. Shipment Tracking:

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We encourage you to use this tracking information to monitor your shipment.

7. International Shipping:

• We currently do not offer international shipping.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages:

• If your package is lost or stolen after it has been marked as delivered, please contact the carrier directly to report the issue. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high value orders.
